If you haven’t purchased tickets for the Southborough Fire Ball yet, you’re running out of time. The Fire Ball is a fundraiser for the purchase of a new aerial ladder truck for the fire department, and 150 of your neighbors have already bought their tickets.
The good news is you’ll have an opportunity to pick up tickets on Saturday at the Community House from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Tickets are $100 each. The ball will held on Saturday, March 7 at the Best Western Royal Plaza in Marlborough.
Rebecca Waterfall, chair of the Southborough Fire Ball, tells me they have already raised $40,000 for the aerial ladder truck fund. They hope to raise another $10,000.
