Kidnapped ship captain has Southborough connection

You’ve no doubt heard that ship captain Richard Phillips, a native of Winchester, was kidnapped by pirates off the coast of Somalia and remains captive at sea in an out-of-fuel lifeboat. Tree removal hearing

National Grid wants to cut down 37 trees and prune another six to provide more clearance for power lines in town. The affected trees are on Northboro, Parkerville, and Cordaville Roads.
