Given the many concerns that this process is already a "done deal" for Jane Moran, does this job description indicate such? I'm glad the Selectmen did listen to one of the many complaints about this process and they changed the residency requirement to include a much larger area which will allow other Southborough sergeants to apply. It would be even better if they made this a transparent process but not giving one applicant an automatic finalist slot.
