The Metrowest Daily News has a recap of last night’s Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Woodland Meadows, the proposed 40B development off Oak Hill Road.

Developer Robert Heavey proposes 16 townhouses off Oak Hill Road at Rte. 9, behind the Walgreens store. He discussed with the board changes that could be made to the plan to address worries over the proximity of buildings to Oak Hill Road, as well as the overall density of the project on one side of the property.

You can read all the details here.

Did any of you go to the meeting? What’s your take on the proposed development?
