In the media: Southborough Players drop curtain on performance for now

The Metrowest Daily News reports the Southborough Players has postponed its murder mystery performance, originally scheduled to debut this month, until sometime next year.

“An Act of Murder” was scheduled to debut next month, but board director Mark Kujawski said it has been rescheduled for an undetermined winter date.

“The financial situation we’re in unfortunately does not allow us to go forward as planned,” Kujawski said. “We simply haven’t sold enough tickets to offset a $1,000 to $2,000 loss.
