This item in the Metrowest Daily News caught my eye:

Drivers traveling past the lime-green 2-story building near the Newton Street intersection on Framingham Road may have noticed a sign announcing the opening of a new restaurant at the Benchmark Deli’s old location.

The sign, featuring a Coca-Cola logo, hangs above the front window and states, “Opening Soon – Town Line Deli.”

The only problem is that no one knows when the new restaurant will open or who the future tenant is.
