For one member of the Southborough school district, the earthquake in Haiti hit very close to home. Edouard Bien-Aime, a network administrator for the district, is a Haitian native and has family in Haiti who were affected by the disaster and are now dealing with its aftermath.

Southborough teen denied bail on murder charge

Southborough resident Christopher Manoloules, 18, was denied bail last week on charges that he murdered his uncle in Hyannis last September.
The Metrowest Daily News reports Manoloules’ attorney, Gerald Alch, told the judge his client had no motive for the murder.
