A few years ago, a committee appointed by Town Meeting came up with a set of recommendations on how to improve our method of government. The recommendations didn’t go anywhere then, but a band of Southborough residents thinks the time is right to try again.

Longtime Southborough librarian Judy Williams has died

Former Southborough librarian Judy Williams-Thornton passed away on May 15. Judy became Southborough’s librarian in 1972, and stayed in the position for more than 30 years. She later moved to Yarmouthport.
