NSPAC to host presentation on special education law on Tuesday

Special Education Law: Parents’ & Students’ Rights Presentation

Presenters:  Attorney Matthew MacAvoy and Joseph A. Seckler

Mr. McAvoy and Mr. Seckler will discuss basic rights in special education law, including:
-Evaluations
-Eligibility
-Development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
-Transition planning and services
-Dispute resolution
