Southborough residents are invited to honor our country’s veterans at a Veterans Day observance on Thursday, November 11. The ceremony will take place at 11:00 am at the All Wars Memorial on the common across from the library.
The ceremony will include a reading by Selectman John Rooney and a patriotic song performed by an Algonquin student. Commanders from both the Legion and VFW will also speak.
Veterans are asked to meet at the American Legion/VFW Headquarters at the Community House by 10:15 am. A procession to the memorial will begin at 10:45 am.
