Get your car washed for a good cause on Saturday

Late last year, 8-year-old Southborough resident Nicholas Manz was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. This weekend family and friends will be raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in his honor, and you can help.

Team Nicholas will hold a car wash at the Transfer Station (147 Cordaville Road) on Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. While your car is being washed, you can enjoy a few items from the accompanying bake sale and lemonade stand. There will also be a bottle and can drive, so bring along your empties to donate.

Team Nicholas is raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in preparation for Boston’s Run to Remember at the end of May. If you can’t make it to the car wash tomorrow, you can still support the team in Nicholas’ honor by donating online here.
