The playoff season is underway for Algonquin’s winter sports teams. On Saturday the girls gymnastics team won the South Sectional meet and will go on to defend their state title this weekend in Shrewsbury. On Friday Algonquin will play host the the New England Indoor Track Championships. The girls and boys ice hockey teams along with the girls basketball team will also all play in postseason games this week.
