Southborough postal carriers hope to help ‘Stamp Out Hunger’

On Saturday, May 12, Southborough postal carriers will join their peers across the country in the nation’s largest single-day food drive. Items collected in Southborough as part of the 20th Annual Stamp Out Hunger event will go directly to the United Parishes of Southborough Food Pantry.

You can help by leaving a sturdy bag containing non-perishable foods next to your mailbox prior to your normal mail delivery on Saturday, May 12. Local letter carriers will collect the donations as they deliver the mail and take them to the food pantry at Pilgrim Church.

Your donations will help the residents of Southborough and members of its churches who are struggling to put food on their tables every day.
