MWDN: Southborough crash sends two people to the hospital

Southborough emergency responders had to use the Jaws of Life to free a passenger in one of two cars that crashed on Route 9 yesterday afternoon. From the Metrowest Daily News:

Firefighters were called to the intersection in front of Farrell Volvo at about 3:30 p.m. Fire Lt. Mark Sadowski said an Oldsmobile Alero was sandwiched between a Toyota Highlander and a telephone pole.

Both drivers were able to get out of the cars, but the passenger of the Alero was stuck as the passenger’s side door was smashed inward.
