Algonquin boys lacrosse, girls lacrosse, and girls rugby all win championship titles on Saturday

Yesterday was a big day in Algonquin sports. Both the boys and girls lacrosse teams won their respective Central Division championship games. The boys beat Grafton by a score of 11-9 and the girls triumphed over Westborough by a score of 7-5. Both teams will move on to the state tournament with semifinal games on Tuesday.

SOUTHBOROUGH – John C. Misener, 85, a life long resident of Southborough, died on Saturday, June 9, 2012, at Hearthstone at New Horizons in Marlborough after a long illness.
