  • 12:55 am – An officer on patrol checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked at a Turnpike Road business. The vehicle and the owner checked out o.k.
  • 7:22 am – A Skylar Drive resident reported a possible missing family member from the residence. The individual was later found in a nearby town.
  • 7:28 am – A construction company located at a Cordaville Road business reported a theft from their job site. The responding officer took a report, and the detective division will be investigating.
  • 10:20 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at the Transfer Station.
  • 2:14 pm – Officers investigated a possible phone scam at a William Onthank Lane residence.
  • 3:00 pm – A motorist from Framingham was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.
  • 6:35 pm – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on White Bagley Road.
  • 7:04 pm – A medical was reported at a Sadie Hutt Lane residence.
  • 7:20 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Main Street residence.
  • 7:22 pm – A medical was reported at a Walnut Drive residence.
  • 8:00 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Parkerville Road residence.
  • 8:39 pm – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
  • 8:55 pm – Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a family (with small children) walking on Marlboro Road. The family checked out o.k. and did not want or require any assistance.
  • 10:02 pm – Officers conducted a requested well-being check at a Deerfoot Road residence.

  • 1:12 am – Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at a Turnpike Road business. The vehicle and the operator checked out o.k.
  • 3:24 am – Officers responded to a Glenwood Road residence for a noise complaint. The responding officers advised that there were no loud noises in the area.
  • 6:19 am – ARRESTED: A Marlborough man was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Marlborough District Court, as well as for Operating a Motor Vehicle without Being Licensed. The man was later found to have an active ICE (Immigration & Custom Enforcement) Fugitive Warrant for his arrest. He was held without bail, and ICE Agents will take custody of him on Monday.
  • 8:04 am – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Pine Hill Road. There were no injuries reported from the scene of the accident.
  • 10:16 am – Officers responded to a medical on Latisquama Road.
  • 11:13 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Parkerville Road business.
  • 11:18 am – A medical was reported at a Mitchell Street residence.
  • 12:29 pm – A resident reported unregistered solicitors in the Boston Road area. The solicitors were located and advised to register at the police department.
  • 12:36 pm – A motorist from Clinton, MA. was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration. The motorist was also civilly cited for Failure to Inspect and Failure to Notify the Registry of an Address Change.
  • 1:16 pm – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
  • 2:11 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Northboro Road business.
  • 2:40 pm – Officers responded to Oak Hill Road to assist with a neighbor dispute. The responding officers were able to mediate the situation.
  • 4:13 pm – Officers responded to Ted Lane for a report of an aggressive solicitor. The solicitor was located and asked to leave town.
  • 4:16 pm – A medical was reported at a Breakneck Hill Road residence.
  • 5:46 pm – Officers responded to River Street for a report of 4 to 5 males using a rifle. The device was found to be a “potato gun”, and the male parties were advised to leave the area.
  • 5:58 pm – Officers investigated a report of a go-kart being operated up and down Mt. Vickery Road. The go-kart operator was located and advised to stay off the road.
  • 6:12 pm – A resident of Marlboro Road called to report a solicitor had just come to their residence. An officer responded and checked on the solicitor. The solicitor was found to have already registered at the police station.
  • 7:51 pm – Ashland Police advised Southborough Police that an erratic operator was heading into Southborough on Oregon Road. The vehicle was located, and the operator checked out o.k.
  • 8:34 pm – Westborough Police asked Southborough Police to notify a Presidential Drive resident that an item of theirs was found in Westborough. The notification was made to the resident.
  • 10:41 pm – A Framingham motorist was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.
  • 11:34 pm – Officers responded to Southville Road for a report of a loud party in the area. The responding officers were able to locate the party, and the residents were advised to lower their music.

Sunday, June 10, 2012

  • 1:15 am – A motorist from Milford, MA. was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Registration, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
  • 2:03 am – Officers responded to Oak Hill Road for a report of a loud party in the area. Responding officers located the party, and the resident was asked to lower their music.
  • 3:00 am – An officer on patrol checked on a suspicious vehicle parked on Central Street. The operator and the vehicle checked out o.k.
  • 8:20 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Meeting House Lane residence.
  • 3:22 pm – Officers investigated a parking complaint on Woodbury Road. A party was located in the area, and the resident was asked to have the guests move their vehicles.
  • 4:57 pm – Officers responded back to the Woodbury Road residence after another parking complaint was received at the station. The homeowner was told to have the guests move their vehicles again. The homeowner and the guests complied with this request.
  • 6:18 pm – Officers responded to a Cordaville Road business to investigate a civil matter (customer refusing to pay for services).
  • 6:29 pm – Officers responded back to the previous Woodbury Road residence for another parking complaint. This time the responding officers reported that there were no illegally parked vehicles in the area.
  • 7:36 pm – A General Henry Knox Road resident reported that her dog was just attacked by another dog. The Animal Control Officer was advised of the incident.
  • 7:54 pm – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
