By now you have surely heard the plight of little Brendan Shanahan, the toddler-aged son of Southborough firefighter Chris Shanahan who was diagnosed with leukemia earlier this year. The community has pulled together to raise money to help the family in their fight, and next month CrossFit SOBO will host another fundraiser to aid the cause.

On Sunday, October 21, CrossFit SOBO, a new fitness facility located at 12 Southville Road, will hold a day of workouts to raise money to help Brendan’s family pay their mounting medical bills. Join them between 12:00 and 4:00 pm for a new workout at the top of every hour. The cost is $15 per hour, with all of the proceeds going to the Shanahan family.

You can learn more about CrossFit SOBO on their website, or in this flyer they put together about the fundraiser.
