Flags in Southborough and across the nation are flying at half staff today in honor of former US Senator Arlen Specter, 82, who died on Sunday after a battle with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Flags were ordered lowered by President Barack Obama. Specter’s funeral will be held today in Pennsylvania.
