Marlborough native returns to the Steeple Coffeehouse stage on Saturday

On Saturday night, the Steeple Coffeehouse, located in Pilgrim Church’s Fellowship Hall, will welcome back popular local artist Jason Anick. A Marlborough native, Anick will lead a quartet of talented musicians. Here are the program notes:

For four years Jason Anick toured the world as a violinist with Nashville guitar virtuoso John Jorgenson Quintet. Jason brings his fiddle magic back home to Massachusetts with his quartet. The quartet presents a fun and exciting evening of jazz and original music. He teaches violin at the Berklee College of Music and has received rave reviews for his solo album “Sleepless.” Jason sold out the Steeple Coffeehouse in both 2010 and 2011

Tomasso Trattoria will offer a discounted dinner to those going to the show. You can get details and see the menu here. At their shows this monthan and next, Steeple Coffeehouse will collect gently used winter clothing to benefit WUMB’s Golden Key Society.
