The Southborough Food Pantry has a new refrigerator and some stocked shelves this holiday season thanks to a recent donation by the Southborough Rotary Club. You can read all about it in this press release.

In keeping with the spirit of giving to those in need during the holiday season, the Southborough Rotary Club is pleased to announce that has made the donation of both a new refrigerator and $800 in goods to the United Parishes of Southborough Food Pantry. These donations were made possible by fund raising efforts of the Southborough Rotary Club members during the annual Heritage Day weekend in October and a matching grant from the Rotary Club District of Central Massachusetts.

The Rotary Club wishes to thank everyone who made a contribution at the pumpkin lighting event and purchased pizza at the Heritage Day festival. The Rotary Club also would like to thank the following local businesses for their generous contributions. These contributions provided the local support needed to make the Rotary District matching fund possible:

  • Domino’s Pizza of Southborough
  • Marlborough Saving Bank
  • Southborough Veterinary Hospital
  • NSTAR
  • Southborough House of Pizza
  • Salon Charisma
  • Southborough Dental Association
