Town census forms arriving in the mail

The annual town census form was mailed out recently (I got mine yesterday), and this is your reminder to fill it out and send it in. By law the town is required to create a street listing of residents each year to maintain an accurate voting list, among other things.

All you need to do is review the information on the form, make any corrections, and then return it to the Southborough Town Clerk’s office. Sign and return the form even if no corrections are required.

You need to return the form regardless of whether you’re registered to vote. If you’re not registered to vote, returning the form won’t automatically register you — you’ll have to visit the Town Clerk’s Office to do that. If you are registered to vote, failure to return the form could get you kicked off the active voting list.
