Here goes my question.
Looking to see if Southborough or any neighboring towns offers any enclosed dog parks where dogs can socialize with other dogs.

What do Southborough pet owners do?

my neighbors and I used to let the dogs play in our fenced in backyards. or we’d walk down at hopkinton state park with them. Although at the park you have to keep them on the leash (kinda depends on when you go – shhhh!)

Unfortunately I don’t know of any and I have spent some time looking. The closest thing I have heard of is at the Tufts Vet School in Grafton, but I don’t know any details. Basically dog owners I know of in Southborough use Breakneck hill, Hopkington State Park, conservation land south of main st on the other side of the aqueduct and Framingham State Park. None of these places is fenced and technically dogs probably aren’t supposed to be off leash but often are. If your dog is well behaved you won’t have a problem at these places. If your dog is less well behaved or you want to guarantee other dogs, I’d recommend the Framingham Park as it is regarded more of a dog park than the other places.

Twice this week, I have seen Route 9 traffic come to complete stops while 18 wheel tractor trailers attempt to make U-turns at the break in the jersey barrier at Middle Road.

There is truly not enough room for this and because of it, one of the trucks actually stopped in the passing lane of Route 9 Eastbound to improve his turning radius which just disrupted Eastbound traffic in advance of his complete disruption of Westbound traffic.
The Route 85 overpass should be the required way for trucks to reverse direction.
There otta be a law…..
