Southborough Youth Basketball’s 2014-15 season registration is available online now through September 30.
Playing hoops shouldn’t interfere with your fall or spring sports. The season doesn’t begin until in mid-November and ends by late February.
All children of all skill levels are encouraged to play. No previous basketball experience is required.
According to their website, here’s what you can expect.
Town Basketball is available for grades 1-8:
- First Grade plays in Saturday morning clinics .
- Grades 2-6 are split into teams with Saturday games and clinic style practice once per week.
Travel Basketball is available for grades 4 – 8 looking for something more competitive:
- There is an additional fee to be on a travel team
- Participation is determined at team tryouts.
