Police logs (8/22-8/24/14): Missing juvenile found and returned to family

Our police department assisted Marlborough PD in locating a a missing youth near downtown Southborough. Read about that incident and more in the latest logs from the Southborough Police Department.

Friday, August 22, 2014:

  • 0145 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Sears Road residence.
  • 0519 hrs- A medical was reported at a Southville Road residence.
  • 0554 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
  • 0828 hrs- An officer assisted a Ted Lane resident with a civil matter.
  • 1041 hrs- Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from an Oak Hill Road residence.
  • 1108 hrs- Officers conducted a requested well-being check at a Marlboro Road residence.
  • 1308 hrs- Officers investigated a report of solicitors on Framingham Road.
  • 1358 hrs- An officer investigated a Trespassing report at a Cross Street residence.
  • 1525 hrs- An officer investigated a noise complaint at a Lover’s Lane residence.
  • 1626 hrs- An officer investigated a harassment complaint at a Southville Road residence.
  • 1656 hrs- Officers investigated a three car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road.
  • 1714 hrs- An officer responded to Mt. Vickery Road to investigate a speeding complaint.
  • 1825 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Gilmore Road residence.
  • 1952 hrs- An officer assisted a disabled motorist on Marlboro Road.
  • 2115 hrs- An officer responded to Southville Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officer located the vehicle and reported back that the operator checked out ok.
  • 2310 hrs- A medical was reported at an Aspenwood Lane residence.

Saturday, August 23, 2014:

  • 0130 hrs- An officer on patrol checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked on Acre Bridge Road.
  • 0209 hrs- A motorist from Marlborough, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle without a License.
  • 1035 hrs- Solicitors came into the police station to register.
  • 1044 hrs- A Cross Street resident came into the police station to fill out a No Trespass order.
  • 1120 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at an Orchard Road residence.
  • 1130 hrs- An officer investigated a parking complaint on Woodland Road.
  • 1150 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Sears Road residence.
  • 1236 hrs- A medical was reported at a Pine Hill Road residence.
  • 2000 hrs- An officer checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the Rural Cemetery. The vehicle and the occupants checked out ok.
  • 2032 hrs- Officers responded to a Marlboro Road residence to investigate a report of fireworks being shot off outside the residence. The responding officers reported back negative findings.
  • 2050 hrs- Officers responded to a School Street residence to investigate a report of fireworks being shot off outside the residence. The responding officers reported back negative findings.
  • 2208 hrs- A medical was reported inside a motor vehicle on Framingham Road.
  • 2219 hrs- An officer checked on two suspicious motor vehicles parked on Johnson Road. The vehicle and the occupants checked out ok.

Sunday, August 24, 2014:

  • 0016 hrs- An officer on patrol checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked outside of a Turnpike Road business.
  • 0048 hrs- Officers responded to a Parmenter Road residence to investigate a report of a disturbance outside the residence. Responding officers located a disabled motor vehicle near the residence, and provided assistance to the driver and passenger. The disturbance was the passenger calling another friend for help (and talking loudly) on his cellphone.
  • 0818 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Boston Road business.
  • 1018 hrs- An officer assisted a Latisquama Road resident with a civil matter.
  • 1118 hrs- Marlborough Police requested Southborough Police’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile from Marlborough. The youth was located near downtown in Southborough, and was subsequently transported back into Marlborough to family members.
  • 1134 hrs- Officers investigated a report of a suspicious male party on Parkerville Road. The responding officers checked the area and reported back negative findings.
  • 1146 hrs- An officer took a credit card fraud report at the police station.
  • 1445 hrs- An officer took a report of a stolen bicycle from a Middle Road resident. The matter is currently under investigation.
  • 1651 hrs- Officers investigated a report of solicitors in the area of Pine Hill Road.
