Events this week (11/24-11/30): School technology forum tonight, novel writing, and Gobble Wobble

There aren’t a lot of activities planned for this week in Southborough. But here are the highlights of what is.

Monday, November 24, 2014:

  • Southborough Schools Technology Forum (6:30 – 7:30 pm) @ Trottier Middle School: A has been formed. Community feedback forum for the Technology Plan Study Group. (The group is responsible for creating an updated “roadmap” of how the schools’ technology goals will be implemented.) For details, see dedicated post.

Wednesday, November 26, 2014:

  • National Novel Writing Month event (10:30 am) @: Bring your writing gear and your ideas. We will provide a quiet writing space for aspiring authors to collect their thoughts and create! Please check in at the main floor desk. For more information on the national event, click here.

 

  • Interfaith Thanksgiving Service (7:30 – 8:30 pm) @ Congregation B’nai Shalom, 117 East Main Street, Westborough: Lively music sung by our interfaith choir, and an interfaith panel of speakers who will teach us something about each of their traditions. Service will be followed by a dessert reception.Please bring a donation for the Westborough Food Pantry.

Thursday, November 27, 2014:

  • Gobble Wobble – 8th Annual (8:30 am – 10:00 am) @ Trottier Middle School: Fundraiser for Friends of Southborough Recreation. See dedicated post.
