[Editor’s Note on Transfer Station rules and regs: I don’t expect a vote tonight. (That’s more likely to happen in June.)

I was copied on a letter from the Green Technology and Recycling Committee to selectmen that wasn’t included in the meeting packet. (Click here to view.) The committee asks to be involved in decisions. The accompanying email summarizes, “We believe there is a solution to the long standing issue of how to fund the operation of the Transfer Station that would help reduce costs, help the environment and bring fairness to who pays for the operational costs.”
