I just realized that there are three special events taking place at the library next week that I never got around to covering:

Tuesday, May 26, 2015

  • Poetry Workshop (6:30  – 8:30 pm) Hosted by the Worcester County Poetry Association. For more information contact Heather J. Macpherson at heathermacph@gmail.com

Wednesday, May 27, 2015

  • Author Ron McAdow (7:00  – 8:30 pm) Ron McAdow will talk about Ike, his recently released first novel. Ron will introduce us to Ike Martin, a suburban guy who finds himself married to a big city woman- and in charge of her high-tech adolescent sons. Ike’s wife is lovely but elusive, and her artistic friends make the strangest house-sitters. Pick up a copy of Ike and meet this entertaining crowd of characters.

Thursday, May 28, 2015

  • Teen Crafternoon (6:00  – 7:00 pm) Join us for an evening with Terry Monteith who will teach us about Mosaic Mirrors. You will get a chance to make your own. She will also be available to answer questions about her craft process. Limited to the first 12 teenage participants. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Southborough Cultural Arts Council, a local agency which is supported the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
