  • NSPAC’s “Coffee and Connect” (10:00 am – 12:00 pm) @ Northborough Library: Northborough/Southborough Special Education Parent Advisory Council monthly session. These are an opportunity for attendees to connect with others in the special education community.
  • 20150601_trottier_big_band_for_seniors_flyerTrottier Middle School Big Band (3:30 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: For seniors – a free concert by Southborough’s award winning, audition-only group of 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Concert begins at 4 pm. A light dinner will be served. For planning purposes, please sign up – (508) 229-4453. (Click flyer to enlarge)
  • ARHS Pops NIght (7:00 pm) @ Algonquin Regional High School: The school’s year end musical celebration featuring all of our instrumental and choral ensembles. The gym is transformed into a “Boston Pops” style venue with 40 round tables and chairs to accommodate 400 people plus the bleachers for 300 more. Tickets are $10 (2 free tickets if you are a NSMA member). This event is Northborough Southborough Music Association’s big annual fundraiser.

  • Free Matinee for seniors – And So it Goes (12:00 – 2:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Romantic comedy starring Michael Douglas and Diane Keaton, rated PG-13 and runs for approximately 2 1/2 hours. Sign up at the front desk or call (508) 229-4453 No Charge Room will be open at 11:30 for anyone who wants to bring their lunch

  • First Community Church sale (9:00 am – 2:00 pm) @ 137 Southville Road: Church fundraiser. For sale – baked goods, kitchen items, clothing, toys, books, and more. The sale will be held at the church, rain or shine.
  • Meet the Farmer (10:00 am – 2:00 pm) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: Meet the farm’s new manager Desiree Robinson-DuBois. It’s a chance to ask questions about the farm and its new Community Supported Agriculture program. There will be short tours of our progress so far and introductions to the farm crew. We will also have some of our goats and their babies available for petting and general adoration. Attendees should park in the public access parking area just past the farm and walk up the mown path to the road and CSA barn (there will be signs).
  • Friends of the Southborough Library Book Sale (10:00 am – 3:00 pm) @ Southborough Public Library: Annual fundraiser for The Friends of the Southborough Library.
