Southborough Education Foundation has announced its latest round of educator grants.  This year, $29,000 will fund an impressive array of programs for our K-12 students.

The annual awards support innovative and creative programs to improve education. 14 grants/mini-grants were made across Southborough schools and Algonquin:

Next year, Algonquin will be receiving a Vernier Melt Station to help in chemical identification, Neary and Trottier students will be learning computer coding, Woodward students will receive an enhanced health curriculum and Finn students will be standing, instead of sitting, as they learn all thanks to grants funded by the Southborough Education Foundation. This year year 12 full grants and 2 mini grants were awarded . . .

The grants are diverse and cover many fields of study including math, science, physical education, art, computer programing, and visual media.
