Local synagogue open house – August 18

Since we don’t have a synagogue in town, I feel compelled to share news from neighboring Westborough.

Congregation B’nai Shalom is holding an Open House on Tuesday, August 18th. The congregation is looking to welcome potential new members.

It may also be a good time to find out more about their new religious school program. You can read more about that in the linked press release.

Here’s the invitation to their August open house:

Meet, greet and have a nosh at our Open House on Tuesday, August 18, 6-8 pm! If you are looking for a warm, welcoming, inclusive spiritual community, look no further than Congregation B’nai Shalom in Westborough. If you are interested in Jewish life, spirituality, culture, history, and community; whether you are a family with or without children, a senior, single, gay, lesbian, or an interfaith household; we hope you will find your place among us and discover our warm, welcoming and inclusive synagogue of 400 family units from over 20 Central Massachusetts towns. At our open house you will receive a guided tour of the facility; meet the Rabbi, staff, board and committee members.
