Southborough kids are out of school for the summer. If you’re starting to panic that you have nothing lined up for your kids to do next week, you’re in luck.

Algonquin’s Track team is holding “Algonquin Track & Field Camp – 2016 Olympics” for 6-13 year olds. While it’s too late for this week’s session, you have until Friday to sign up for next week’s fun.

The camp takes place at Algonquin Monday, June 27 – Friday, July 1st from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. (But required arrival time is 4:45 pm.)

Campers, split by age groups, will take part in throwing, jumping, running and hurdling activities. On the final night, they’ll compete in a track meet with an awards ceremony.

The coach and student run camp is an ARHS Track team fundraiser. The fee is $100 for the first child with discounts for siblings.

For more details or to register, click here. Note: Ignore the June 6th deadline on the form. They are still accepting applicants through this Friday, June 24th.

Of course, that camp just takes care of the evenings next week. If you’re looking for other camp opportunities for during the day next week (slim pickings left) or other weeks (lots of options), click here.
