Algonquin Robotics/FIRST® Team 1100 is promoting its annual “Build Your Own Robot” program. The registration deadline is this Friday, November 18 – so act quick.
The program is for students in Grades 3 through 6. This year, they will be using the Geckobot kit:

This program is Each participant is paired with a member of Team 1100 and builds a robot to take home. There are also demonstrations and opportunities to learn about robotics and drive Team 1100 robots.
The robotics team’s fundraiser takes place on Saturday, December 3rd at Algonquin from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. The cost is $75 per child.
