I would like to note that 28 Boston Rd. was built in 1880, not 1925 as listed. This I know because it is my Great-great grandfther’s home. It is the only home my grandmother, Helen (Butler) Donahue ever lived in. She was born in 1905. I lived there for 25 years and it is a wonderful old home and a fantastic location. I hope a family will by it and live in it for many, many years. Otherwise, it may be demo’d.
