6 stories many of you missed yesterday

On most weekdays, I post about 5 stories. Yesterday, thanks mostly to letters from candidates, I posted 15. It appears to have been a bit more than my daily email service could handle.

In looking at yesterday’s email to subscribers, I saw that the first six stories didn’t make the cut.
