70 Valley – Could this work for soccer fields? Could this be a better long term investment than some of what is being proposed?

Zoned mixed use Residential/Recreational, the parcel can be changed within Ch 61 guidelines without penalty. Tax rate changes if intended change in Use falls outside of CH 61 parameters. Possible Uses include: equestrian, winery, farm, tree farm, athletic fields, driving range, golf course, shrub/tree/flower nursery, landscape business, athletic fields, park, agriculture business etc…Parcel is building restricted by deed and cannot be residentially developed.

Looks like the previous owners of the golf course got taken for a ride. These owners purchased the property for only $600,000 and said they were going to turn it into an organic farm.

Instead the rehab the club house and threw up a prefab building and are now trying to double their money. Slick move…
