Library seeking feedback for long range planning

The Library is again seeking community feedback. If you’ve accrued any fines recently, you’ll want to take advantage:

Community surveys are available in print format at the circulation desk or can be completed online by clicking here.

Let us know you’ve participated, and we’ll waive your overdue fines. Completed surveys will be accepted through Wednesday, November 21, 2018.

A more detailed message on the website explains why they are seeking feedback. It also offers opportunity to take a more active role:

The Southborough Library is once again requesting community feedback. Do you want more library programs? Do you know about our meeting rooms? What would you like to see at the library? Let us know! This survey can be filled out online or by printing out a copy and returning it the library’s main floor circulation desk. Survey closes November 21, 2018.

The library is planning more long range planning updates in early 2019. If you are interested in serving on the library’s Strategic Planning Committee or are interested in participating in a focus group aimed at teenages, adults, or seniors, please e-mail the library’s director Ryan Donovan for more information.
