Southborough Senior Center reminds: Contact them if you need help

Above: You can’t meet up at the Southborough Senior Center these days. But the center’s staff wants Southborough seniors to know that they’re still here for you.

The Southborough Senior Center asked me to share the following announcement:

The Senior Center Staff Is Available To Assist You.

To ensure the safety of our seniors and our staff during the covid-19 outbreak the Senior Center remains closed. However the staff continues to be available by phone. IF YOU NEED TO REACH A SENIOR CENTER STAFF MEMBER please call the Senior Center at 508-229-4453 and leave a message and your call will be returned. Messages go directly to the staff.

If you have issues with basic needs such as food, shelter, or are in need of financial assistance please leave a message for Cindy Henderson Beard, our Outreach Coordinator.

If you need medical equipment, help with medications, questions about when to see your doctor, or any concerns related to Corona virus, please leave a message for Leslie Chamberlin, our clinic nurse.

*Our SHINE counselor is also available by phone for urgent situations. Please leave a message at the Senior Center and we will pass the message on to her and she will return your call.

If you have a grocery shopping issue, need medication delivered, or are immunocompromised or at high risk and you need assistance please contact us.
