CA: Charges filed after Southborough PD finds baggie with cocaine after two-car crash

This is one of the stories I missed while I was out of town last week. The Community Advocate covered the Southborough Police Department’s news.

According to the CA, “the Southborough Police Department arrested and charged a Marlborough man for Operating Under the Influence and drug possession after a crash” at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday, August 5th.

A 37 year old was charged with Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Operating Under the Influence of Liquor, and Possession of Class B, Subsequent Offense. (It was the second arrest they made last week involving an OUI for a driver alleged to have drugs in their possession.)

The incident followed a reported “two-car motor vehicle crash with airbag deployment” in the area of Route 9 and Woodland Road. You can read the full article here.
