The Rotary Club of Southborough announced another free activity planned for this Saturday’s big “Southborough Summer Nights” festival.

An area at the event will be dedicated for community members of all ages to show off their creative skills. The artistic media is sidewalk chalk. And the canvas, is fittingly the driveway “rotary” by Neary School.

Rotary volunteers will be on hand to oversee the fun from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.

Their announcement punnily promotes: “Chalk It Up to Southborough Rotary“, encouraging participants:

On Your Pavement
Ready, Set, and Draw

Parking for the Summer Nights festival is scheduled to open at 5:00 pm and the live band to start playing at 6:00 pm, ending with fireworks going off after dark. For a reminder of the other event details, see my dedicated post here.
