Part-time Admin for Town Clerk's office, Greater Boroughs Public Health Nurse, and more school jobs

The Town Clerk notified me about a position in his office with part-time hours (mostly on weekday mornings) that may appeal to some Southborough residents. While sharing that news, I’m also adding other jobs advertised for our community or schools.

Town of Southborough

  • Administrative Assistant for Town Clerk’s Office (part-time)
     
    The hours for this position will be Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 1:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm. Additionally, 3 to 4 times per year, this position requires working until 10:00pm on a weeknight, or working on a Saturday or Sunday to support election and town meeting activity.
     
    Employee will provide skilled administrative support in the Town Clerk’s office. This position responds to resident inquiries, prepares and manages vital records, dog licenses, voter lists, board and committee meeting records, and provides support to several town departments, boards and committees.
     
    The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of working effectively with the public, providing excellent customer service and resolving concerns quickly and effectively. The hiring range for this position is $23.75 to $27.28 per hour.

The Greater Boroughs Partnership for Health

  • Regional Public Health Nurse (part-time)
     
    Position (employed through the Town of Northborough) provides services to Northborough, Southborough, Westborough, and Boylston. Employee will implement and coordinate public health nursing services, including disease surveillance, health education, wellness programming, and active participation in public health initiatives.
     
    Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. A minimum of two years of experience in public or community health nursing, demonstrating strong skills in disease surveillance, health education, and public health programming is preferred.
