Melanoma Awareness Talk — October 15th

Online or at the Library, "Learn How to Protect Yourself and Your Family" from a deadly form of cancer that is curable if diagnosed in time.

A week from tonight, the community is invited to watch a presentation on Early Self Detection and Prevention of Melanoma.

The talk will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Southborough. You can choose to view the presentation at the Southborough Library, or on your own, virtually.

The speaker is Steve Fine, President of the Melanoma Education Foundation. 

MEF’s mission is to increase awareness of melanoma causes and symptoms, with the hope of saving lives. Fine founded the non-profit after his 26 year old sun died from Melanoma.

Fine offers free presentations on the the topic to Rotary Clubs, and the Southborough chapter is taking advantage of the opportunity. The community is invited to join them.

The talk is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15th at 7:00 pm.

The Rotary Club will be viewing it during their bi-monthly meeting at the Southborough Library, on the main floor. The community is welcome to join them.
