Every year, Southborough Youth & Family Services coordinates a Winter Wishes (formerly Holiday Giving) program to support residents in need as the season turns colder and winter holidays approach.
SYFS reached out to let me know that the deadline for residents to apply again for them/their family to benefit from the program is a week from tomorrow.
SYFS promotes:
Our annual Winter Wishes initiative matches local donors with Southborough families experiencing financial hardship to provide gifts and other essentials for the holiday season.
The application is the same form that is used for assistance through Southborough’s Camp & RAP Scholarships and the Emergency Fund. But, it must be completed each year. And this year’s deadline is Friday, October 24th.
