Southborough Youth and Family Services and the Southborough Senior Center are sponsoring a new support group for seniors dealing with grief. The program will meet bi-weekly starting a week from Monday. But space is limited and registration is due by Friday, November 7th.
SYFS promotes:
Finding your way through grief can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Join our supportive group for seniors (age 65+) to share, listen, and find comfort with others who understand. Conversations will be facilitated by mental health professionals.
The group will meet at the Southborough Library (in the Eaton Meeting Room downstairs) from 11:00 am to noon. The late fall dates are November 10th & 24th and December 8th & 22nd.
