Southborough’s big annual community festival and parade takes place in less than two weeks, on Monday, October 13th.

Pumpkin Stroll — October 12th (Updated – Again – Cancelled)

In Southborough, we don’t wait until just before Halloween to start carving jack o’lanterns. The community’s big annual display, organized by the Southborough Rotary Club, takes place during the three day Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day weekend. 

For those of you who plan to take part, you might want to start thinking about how to decorate your gourds this year. SPD pressing charges against resident for alleged lewdness and indecent exposure on Parkerville Rd

On Saturday evening, the public safety officials responded to reports of a naked man on Parkerville Road. According to a press release issued this morning, alleged a 40 year old Southborough resident had taken narcotics and was “experiencing a mental health crisis.” The resident was taken to a hospital, but is also being charged by the SPD for “lewdness” and indecent exposure. Suicide Prevention Training & Shelf Help — Tuesday

This Tuesday is the last day of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Southborough Youth & Family Services is offering two related free programs at the library that night.

Register for Flu Clinics: ARHS Drive Thru on Oct 4 & Senior Flu on Oct 8

The Greater Boroughs Partnership for Health will hold a Drive Thru Flu Clinic for Southborough and two other towns a week from Saturday. Days later, the Southborough Health Department will be holding its annual flu vaccine clinic for residents ages 65+. Registration is open for both events.
