Based on passionate public response, the developer asked to withdraw a special permit modification application, instead promising to reconsider the housing project details at 120 Turnpike Road. A deed-restricted affordable home in Southborough is back on the market. That means that it is being sold “below market rate” at a discounted price “for income-eligible households”. Planning taking new stab at MBTA zoning while asking for some relief
