Registration is open for Southborough Recreation’s 2nd session of this school year’s RAP (Recreation After-School Programs) classes. Some programs have already filled up, and registration closes a week from today.

Chestnut Hill Farm this winter

Sign up for events to enjoy the Winter Solstice, finding fungi, and tapping for maple syrup.

For now, the Trustees are sticking with one educational/hiking event in Southborough per month. This winter, that includes Chestnut Hill Farm’s annual  solstice celebration (this weekend) and maple tapping. Plus, they continue to teach about foraging for fungi. School Committees’ discussion on handling religious holidays

Preliminary options presented to the Combined School Committee for next year’s calendars being considered cover the range of adding more religious holiday observances to eliminating them all together.
