Public hearing tomorrow about proposed 40B development off Oak Hill Road

The Woodland Meadows 40B development has been around for a while. It started as a 4-story, 43-unit complex between Woodland and Oak Hill Roads. But developer Robert Heavey ran into trouble with the Conservation Commission and the project was never approved.
