NSPAC sponsors talk on special education law

On March 23, the Northorough Southborough Special Education Parents Advisory Council (NSPAC) will present a talk on special education law and the rights of parents and students.

Presented by Eileen M. Hagerty, a partner at the law offices of Kotin, Crabtree, and Strong LLP, the presentation will cover evaluations, eligibility, development and implementation of IEPs, transition planning and services, and dispute resolution.

The event will be held at the Trottier Middle School Library from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. It’s free and open to the public. For more information, visit the NSPAC website (www.nspac.org).
