Kindles and Nooks now available at the Southborough Library

Interested in test-driving a Kindle or a Nook? All you need is a library card.

The Southborough Library now has two Kindles and two Nooks that you can check out for up to three weeks at a time. Each comes loaded up with a variety of titles so you can get right to reading. Note that when your three weeks are up, you have to return the e-reader to the main desk – no dropping it in the box outside.

For those of you who already have e-readers, did you know you can download titles through the Massachusetts Library System? The downloads are compatible with Sony Readers, the Nook, iPads and iPhones, Android devices, and more, but they don’t work with Kindles. Click here for more information, and to browse the digital catalog.

To check on ereader availability, call the Southborough Library at 508.485.5031.

I am so glad that you liked my Flickr photo so much that you included it on this page.

I enjoy when people use my photos that I work hard on, but as I noted on Flickr below each photo I let people use my photos on the condition that they provide me credit to my rentvine.com site.

Please add my link when you can.
