Is seeing a coyote a calling the police worthy event?

I saw what was most likely the same coyote Friday morning, but didn’t think much of it.

Unless it was foaming at the mouth, I think I’d ignore it too!

If I called every time I heard coyotes, they’d tell me to stop.
